One of Xtramile’s core value is team work. We believe in collaboration and growing alongside each other. We believe that team culture and synergy is best fostered when team members are able to connect with each other on a personal level and challenged to collaborate creatively playing to each others strengths.

 

The Bali trip was a week of team bonding, rest, and working together in hopes of growing together, which we believe was a success.
